Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
No. Turkish lira prices are subject to 20% VAT. No VAT is charged on purchases made from outside Türkiye in USD or EUR.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe for USD and EUR, and by iyzico for Turkish lira. For bank transfer or invoiced purchases, request a quote.
When do I receive my license?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license keys are emailed to you and appear in the Customer Portal. A Customer Portal account is created automatically for new customers.
Are there volume discounts?
SW+ products and bundles get 10% off for 2–4 users and 20% off for 5 or more users, applied automatically. A 3-year prepaid subscription saves an additional 25%.
What happens when my subscription ends?
When the license term ends, the add-ins stop working; your data and settings are kept. Renew your subscription and pick up right where you left off.
What if I replace my computer?
Remove the activation for the old computer in the Customer Portal, then activate your license on the new one.
